Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of IT staffing industry experience spanning 13 geographies, Mike Dsupin has lead Talener from a small startup in Manhattan to a mid-sized, national firm that covers New York City, Los Angeles, DC, San Francisco, Boston & Chicago. Mike has grown from a University of Rochester graduate to a recruiter and now, the founder and CEO of Talener. His goals for Talener strongly align with his desire to provide the best experience for clients & candidates. Through a strong values system, management style & moral compass, he strives to teach and lead the next generation of IT recruiters into successful careers.
Chief Financial Officer
After graduating with an accounting degree from NYU, Chris has spent over 20 years building his financial resume. Prior to working with Talener, Chris took on large scale M&As; including valuations, due diligence & integration. Chris joined Talener in 2011 as CFO. His leadership of the back office as a sales support function has allowed Talener to grow rapidly; including the opening three additional offices in Chicago, Boston & DC. He strives to find increased efficiencies in every aspect of operations.
From the football field at Dartmouth, to the bullpen at Talener, Justin has always excelled through his competitive spirit and desire to be the best. As Talener's newly promoted President, Justin proves how a motivated individual can start as an entry-level Relationship Manager and move up through 6 different positions (and two cities!) to be a part of the executive management team at Talener. Now, nearly 8 years later, his inherent leadership qualities and drive are leading the Talener offices. His path proves that if you work hard, you can achieve your goals.
Executive Vice President
Henry Boulos has truly grown through the ranks at Talener. Henry joined Talener over 7 years ago as a Group Manager. This SUNY Albany graduate wasted no time moving up the ladder by continuously placing candidates, showing leadership qualities, and a love for staffing. Now, as the current Executive Vice President of Client Services, Henry has a hands-on approach for developing strong relationships with clients. His time in different cities gives him the insight to understand the IT staffing market, no matter the geography.
