This role is a Customer Success Specialist with ideally some sales or customer support background. The client is looking for someone who understands and can communicate technology concepts. You will be working closely with customers to understand their business needs and utilize different technologies to aid them in solving their problems. You’ll maintain relationships with key customers and provide support by demonstrating product expertise and guide them with best practices. The ideal candidate is energetic and has a positive attitude!
