Application Developer

  • Four years experience developing three tier client/server applications
  • Strong RDBMS knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Computer Science, Math, Physics or Engineering
  • Ability to interact with business users directly and write specifications
  • Preferred skill set: C#, .Net 2.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2005
  • Corporate to corporate or 1099 employees
  • Average length of assignment 6 months

Business Analyst

  • 5 to 10 years of industry experience in Application/Database/Web Development
  • Possess some type of 3rd party vendor application skills, trading and accounting
  • Front, middle and back office experience preferred
  • Ability to write functional specifications
  • Full life cycle experience including user acceptance testing (UAT) is critical
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification strong plus
  • Experience in ERP, Data Warehouse, Microsoft Sharepoint, CRM, and Document Management projects

Quality Assurance

  • 3 years of experience with manual and automated QA testing
  • Experience using WinRunner, LoadRunner, Test-Director, Quick-Test Pro
  • Ability to write test cases and test plans
  • Ability to communicate with developers is essential
  • Working knowledge of .NET/Java languages preferred
  • Testing financial applications, middle and back office systems, Web or software products
  • Ability to work with off-shore resources
  • Most important, the desire to stay in a quality assurance role

Network Administrator

  • Two plus years of network server experience; mid to senior level preferred
  • Ideal Skill set includes:
    • Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Server
    • Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Active Directory
    • Scripting/Packaging/Citix/SMS
    • Blackberry
    • Email Journaling and Archiving
  • Previous conversion/upgrade experience desirable
